Q for dealer types on here...i’m in last year of my ‘17 Pro lease. I want to lease another Pro just like the one I have except manual transmission. How many months in advance of the lease termination date will I need to give a dealer to order what I want? Does it change things if I use USAA/Costco or some other car buying service?

Car buying services typically just give you an upfront price on a configured vehicle. They are set up to be VIN specific, so you'd have to get one run once that is generated, or have it worked up one on in stock, or available as close as you can find. I don't work for Toyota, but most leases you can get out of by having the dealer make remaining payments. That would have to be added to the certificate that's generated from the buying service. Every one of those services is built off of the TrueCar platform, so they're all exactly the same.
