Little less than 4 weeks to go three weekends to prep. List of repairs that need done before moab fix car trailer cuz i bent an axle doing stupid shit with it, and change the oil on the tacoma. better pick up a side project or two to make the time go by faster.

This is what happens when you ignore your Wife’s requests to move your skids prior to her upcoming “crafting party”...

I must admit, it DOES fit the theme.

So we didn’t get to TOTW last year. We’re running the Kokopelli on the way in. Can it be done with a trailer in tow if sticking to the easy lines?

So you know what I’m asking about. This is the trailer in question:

You might have trouble on the cisco wash but other that that I think you should be good to go.

That’s on the Kokopelli, correct? I’ve heard of that. I was specifically asking about TOTW.

Reading it again, I realize I could’ve phrased the question better.

Oh my bad. Top Of The World would be a hell of a challenge to tow a trailer up but I'm sure if you are eager enough you could do it. Me personally I would look into just leaving it in the parking lot down at the bottom of the trail.

we took a bigger trailer through kokopelli this spring with no issue and the tow rig was less built as well... pulled right through cisco no issue. even went down to the dome pleateau overlook to camp one of the nights which has a couple tight turns with drops.

if you plan to camp at roberts bottom, get there early enough to drop the trailer and do an evening run up totw... then come back to your trailer at camp and hit the trail in the morning. dropping down rose garden is doable with a trailer, as long as you don't have to back up  luckily you're just dropping down large ledges.

Bring a strap so if you get caught you can unhook the trailer then drag it out with a strap . My dad used to have to do that when we would get fire wood if it rained on us

You’ll make it up totw easy with a trailer and kokopelli too if you’re good with the trailer. It’ll be a good time.

So who all is planning on hitting Kokopelli on the way in, and what day? I'm planning on leaving the trail head on the 16th, tentively.
