It's everything actually. The leaf pack and bushings. I also think my front shocks are making a strange noise when coming to a slow stop. Sounds like a creek.

 

Are there better/stronger aftermarket wheel bearings?

 

^For a drop-in replacement that fits in the same envelope? Not really. My truck has about 114,500 km on the odometer, or about 120,000 km when corrected for tire size. All the water fording in Ardbeg probably accelerated the bearing's demise.

Yep ordered a hub/bearing assy two hours ago. Only potential complication, from watching the South Main Auto videos, is the hub seizing in the spindle due to rust. I may finally have a use for the SDS rotary hammer I bought last year.

Well, in November I'll have a 3.5 car garage with plenty of parking outside, a commercial air compressors built in and a rather large wood stove. Let me know...

 

My main backup drive died. I thought I lost 50% of 25 years worth of photos. Checked drive and I had backed up EVERYTHING. Google can look at all my dick pics, I don't care. I'll gladly give up a little privacy for a secure server.

Been thinking of making a rear bumper for my truck, with tire carrier, hate the tire underneath. Hate it taking up space in the bed, works on the bed rack but I don’t drive around with rack on all the time so it ends up in the bed, rather have a place for it at all times
