Talked to insurance today, they said they wont cover anything inside of the vehicle.
So there goes my work clothes, tools, sound system, etc.

They said if my truck isnt recovered in 2 weeks then its a total loss.
Full coverage tho so ill bring up KBB and all that.

I prob wont be getting another Tacoma if this one isnt recovered...

    AAA.
They told me the stolen items would be covered IF i had the homeowners insurance but since im not a homeowner i dont have it.
Im going to talk to them again (in person this time) and see if the car insurance can cover any of the items stolen.

Even if they still wont cover it it wouldnt be a total loss since i paid 5k for the truck almost 7 years ago and i know the KBB is between 8-10k.

My last truck was stolen. Turned up abandoned at a gas station the next day but took Novato pd another day to show up and another day to call me. Manager was pissed as it blocked a pump for a day. It was also crammed with other stolen items including some lady's purse with her DL.

Do you have any pics of it as it is now?

Edit- nevermind the pic, I saw your post from a few pages back. Those tires make it more diistinctive than most stock rigs. I'll keep an eye out north bay.

Check homeowners or renter’s insurance for stuff inside the vehicle.

Renters or homewners may cover the stuff inside but only if deductible isnt too high. some of those policies have high deductibles and are more oriented for total loss.

Edit - same as Ian. didnt read all posts.:pccoffee:

+1 for advance auto glass in Santa Rosa. Turns out they are the guys that did my truck’s tint way back in the day.

Came out and did mobile glass replacement, 12 hours after I called, for under $200. Stoked. Thanks for the tips fellers.
