What do your AFR's look like bud?

FPR mod ramps up fuel pressure based on how much boost is going through. If base is 41.7 psi and you are putting through 12 psi your fuel pressure rises to 53.7 when you hit that amount of boost.

    Make sense?

True, the UCON is always controlling afr's which is essentially closed loop all the time.
I havent tried fpr mod but from talking with Scott and Gadget they say dont do it.
The reason is because the UCON expects fuel pressure to be a constant so it can trim ipw as necessary for correct mixture. With fpr mod fuel pressure is always changing (below 43.5 at idle and much higher at wot) so the UCON has no constant to tune with.
I would think it's always compensating and never getting the tune dialed in because the adaptive are always working.
@Athlaos you have a 7th injector as well dont you? Between that and the meth I'm pretty sure you have enough fuel without the fpr mod.

I have heard that before as well and it makes sense, but you gotta remember that Gadget has said a lot of things in the past which have been proven wrong, so...

Then again, OP is running a 2.0 pulley and here I am running a 2.3 on a TRD tune and these sort of things are not even supposed to be possible.. lol.

AfR is flat at 11 all the way up to redline... says my gauge and the dyno shop that I did pulls on a few months ago.

Yeah, I have 7th injector, and water/methanol. It’s running great now, I think I won’t break it if it’s fixed. I’ll leave the mod where it is. UCON isn’t having any issue controlling things IMO. The tuners in my car club said it’s important to have the fpr reference manifold pressure, otherwise the fuel won’t atomize in an ideal fashion for the best combustion.

I guess you and I both have steel kajones in various arena's. Hahaha.

I realized I already have that piece, as part of the 7th injector, so the port already has an AN fitting in it, for the 7th injector fuel supply. So I started scratching my head again. But, I just ordered one of these, to put in-line with the braided stainless AN line that URD supplied with the kit!

What symptoms would I see if I had the FPR mod such that it's referencing manifold pressure instead?

The truck is running great, AFR is bang on... really I have no complaints.

Where did you snag that from? I will likely add a 7th injector to mine down the road and will need to do the same thing since I have the fuel rail tap..

I have something similar on my fuel rail. Just make sure to use some teflon tape around the sensor.

Earl's Performance, on Summit Racing, has them. Obviously I am not sure what his is.

Guardian Feature kicking in, would be worse case scenario. If it works in the positive. I know it works in the negative.

You can get tape that's gasoline resistant... apparently that's better than teflon in the long-term.

    Thank you sir!
@Roostfactor had the guardian kick in when one of his banks was 9 and the other was 11.5, so I do believe it works whether things are running too rich or too lean
