Actual going rate for a 2013 display audio unit?

I've got a display audio unit and steering wheel controls from my 2013 (I upgraded to factory nav). I'm a little confused on how to price this. They don't seem to sell well on here probably because most people already have it. There's one in the for sale section that can't get $220. Yet they are on fleabay for $300 and up. I tried fleabay before but it just cost me money to post and it never sold. So I'm not sure who's paying $300 and up for these. I'm almost tempted to give it away as it's just taking up room. What do y'all think is reasonable to ask?

 

Like you said.. nobody really wants them, and when they do, they’re not spending much.

Nobody is paying $300 on eBay which is why they’re still listed and not sold.

Try $150 obo.
