If you are sensitive to language, turn off the sound. I sure am glad someone didn't do this to my truck!

Too busy recording? My phone can't do things at once since I refuse to upgrade.

I witnessed something similar not that long ago, same thing, lady drove off to another parking spot. After she parked and left I took a bunch of pictures of both cars and left a note for the poor person whose car got hit and gave them all the info they needed for a claim. People are shitbags.

Maybe he was too consumed by morbid curiosity to do a second thing.

This too, the whole time I'm watching the video I'm just in disbelief like is she really really doing this??? Is this really happening??? Do people like this really exist that can't back out of a parking spot with 4 feet on each side??? She had so much room.

Maybe at the end confront her and make her wait while you call the cops but I don't blame the guy for not confronting her. Would you really expect someone that drives like that to be in a right state of mind? The fact that she half heartedly thinks that tapping the hubcap back on and wiping the paint gouges with a tissue just shows that this woman is not complete in the head. Probably a 5150 who'll claim you raped her 30 years from now....
