Eratic air conditioning issue

I'm new here. I have 2008 Duel Cab red TRD with 80k miles. I live I Arizona. Yesterday I pulled out of the garage and the AC was cooling fine. Went to the building supply and parked in the sun for about an hour. When I returned to the truck and started it the ac was not working just right.
The far left vent was blowing cool air, not cold, the vent to the left of the radio was blowing air that was not as cool as the first vent, the third vent from the left it was a little warmer and the 4th vent was just blowing warm air. Felt the far left vent again and it was the coolest of the four but not blowing COLD air. I would think that the temp of the air would be constant in all four vents. Cold if working properly, and warm air coming out in all four vents if it is not.
Any help out there.
I used this site as a resource last year about repairing my outside temperature gauge/compass and it was spot on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
