When I found a great deal on my Taco I was coming to an end of a long court battle with X. So I asked them to leave it there till it was over with. As far as the courts could see and or a P.I., I was driving a late model Chevy Blazer

I’d think if you didn’t pay it out in cash and had a full loan taken out on it then it would work in your favour. Splitting everything down the middle debt goes the same way as gains usually at least in Canada.

Not a lawyer just know a lot of guys that have been divorced. Funny story to go along with this is buddy felt the end coming and knew his wife was cheating so started taking monthly loans off the mortgage. Ended up stuffing $60k cash into a safety deposit box in a friends name and said it was used to keep his wife’s lavish lifestyle afloat when it all went down. That was split down the middle too.
    Another unethical life pro tip.

I don't think there's such a thing as a late model Chevy Blazer anymore, as production ended in America in 2005, LOL.
