    I understand why there are state inspections. I agree that old people dont know if there cars are safe or not. We dont have them here in florida. There are more old people here than anywhere in the U.S. BUT im just hollowing out the cat....

    Yes, I realize that you are only hollowing out the cat. My original post concerning state inspections was based on the fact that I didn't know FL did not have them. When you enlightened me to the fact that FL does not do state inspections, my response was aimed at the state of FL, not you in particular.
