Now we can see! I centered the rear view mirror too...my OCD was not letting that alone.

These are the mirrors...they’re the full aluminum break-aways.

These are the optional mounts that use the rollcage bolts instead of the standard mounts that wrap around the cage. Needed these due to the full front glass windshield.

Long day turning wrenches on the RZR with @OCD 08...the help was very much appreciated!

Pulled all the suspension and put the new springs on. Spring compressor once again proves its worth.

Topped off the nitrogen on all four while we were at it...nice having my own nitrogen on hand.

    To this...

Greased all the wheel bearings while we had it apart but found that new bearings are in order. Will have new ones pressed in along with new ball joints since it’ll be apart.

Had to turn down the collars because 7” more lift was crazy...plus lost almost all the down travel.
    AF6A182B-A67F-4EC4-B555-FEC46C1BCBB8.jpg

Dropped it down 4” to where it is now as pictured below but I think I’m going to drop it down another inch tomorrow morning. That’ll give it a net lift of 3” with 2” of it being from the suspension and 1” of it from the larger tires.

Still to do: electrical cleanup with the new fuse & relay box and dual battery and new skid plates.

Is that the stock front bumper? Can you tell? I know you bought it used. But I like how the winch is mounted right up front like that. I am getting ready to put a winch on mine and would rather do it that way.

It’s an OEM Polaris bumper: https://rzr.polaris.com/en-us/shop/accessories/bumpers-guards/2880479-458/

Can probably get it (or one like it) cheaper elsewhere but the HighLifter’s come with them from the factory.

Got the cargo area figured out. Plano box and cooler strapped down tight. Don’t have to loosen any straps to get into anything and the Plano box will keep tools, parts, etc dry and in one spot.

Yes sir...1” straps. I originally bought them to use on my old GEO RTT to replace the Velcro.

South Carolina doesn’t inspect vehicles. I’m sure I’ll get pulled over a couple times but honestly I’m not planning on using it much on the roads...I just want the option to. Plus, running it between trails and campsite without having to trailer it will be nice.
