Well, when I traded in my 5 lugger, my sub wouldn't fit under either of the seats in my '10. I couldn't live with it just laying down in the floor, so I tried to come up with something a little more clever.

Took a piece of 1 1/2" aluminum angle, drilled two holes for the bolts that hold down the seat-belts. Then, took some 1/2" aluminum U channel and put in rails to support the back, which utilize the screws that hold the sub together.

Then I covered them up with foam insulation tape to prevent them from scratching the back plastic.

All the wires run underneath the carpet and are only visible right were they are terminated. After you remove the aluminum spacers, the 15mm bolts for the seat belts tighten enough so that it does not move or rattle very much at all. Both seats fold up without rubbing. I did have to remove the plastic hinge covers, though.
