    few weeks back on our way to Atlanta, i was stuck behind someone who would only go 1mph faster that every semi truck he passed but would run 80 when he wasn't passing someone.
    i finally got a chance to pass him, as soon as i started to pass him going 65 in a 70 he speed up. i hit 90 for 2 seconds before slowing back down to 80.

    ticket 90 in a 70. i never even saw the ga. trooper.
    not sure how much it will cost me. so far $250 to the ticket attorney.
