I think I have a problem, I’m already looking at some minor up grades to the 3 rd Gen. Just some leafs, UCA and coil overs. All bolt on shit. I think the 1st Gen knows I’m cheating on her.

i would but im collecting for the front and rear right meow.

4 link is slow, i have a buyer coming for the whole front kit, shocks, blah blah and thatll pay for a TT motorsports front kit and Camburg hubs/wilwood brakes. I picked up some 10" pure race kings for the front kit that should have been here yesterday and friday/saturday im gonna straight trade my rear bypasses for some 16" pure race king coilovers with the right spring rates for the rear for the links. right now just working on knocking out the front since thatll cost me the least then i can move on for links, still need camburg links and some 18" bypasses for the rear. front will need new springs, bumps, and bypasses

So I haven’t worked on the 1st Gen since early this year. And since I have soooo soo much free time. I told myself I should order a OME BP 51 kit from @HeadStrong Off-Road for the 3rd gen today. How long could it possibly take me (sarcastically) it’s all just bolt on. Oh and the bushing to replace driver side needle bearings from ECGS. ( guy in video does it in like 14minutes on you tube probably take me 16 minutes )
I have some serious issues. I have the suspension of my dreams collecting dust in my garage. And I’m gonna put that on hold to do a Mini build to haul the boat and go camping. 1 st world problems for sure! So I cleaned out the bay the 1st Gen is occupying.
Looked a round a little to see where I left off. Rear Suspension tacd up, rear brakes are a mess. Porpotion valve crap. I had forgot about that. Oh well. 3rd Gen is coming along nicely. Should be done with 1st round of mods by September. Leaves oct-dec to get 1st Gen driveable.

 

I think this is punishable by death in 1st Gen thread but here goes. The bastard child lol
