    Hello All,

I am new to Tacoma World and asking for your help.

I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 crew cab, a wonderful vehicle. I love it. However, at present it is miserable to drive. When the vehicle is in motion, hot air enters through all vents, defogger, dash, and under dash/floor vents. The hot air coming through the floors vents actually gets so hot it burns your foot while driving. The climate control valve is in the cold position. The fan is off. The AC is off. When the vehicle comes to a stop, the air coming through the vents stop.

I am guessing the blend door/climate control actuator. I have looking into the vents and the blend door is actually in the open position when the climate control knob is in the cold position.

Can anybody out in Tacoma World advise me on the problem? Any videos that can be shared?

    Thank you,
