New Tacoma owner from NH

Hey everyone,

last week after a lot of research and visits to this forum I got my very first Tacoma! Ive had Toyotas of all shapes and sizes for a long time, corolla's, Camry, even recently Lexus Is350... but really wanted a truck.

I decided on the 2018 Double Cab, Short bed, TRD off road for a few reasons. Didn't like the fake scoop and body colored fairings on the sport, and didn't think I needed some of the options of the Pro. Felt the OR was the perfect truck for what I wanted, and like the ride the best as I test drove all 3.

Plan on doing a few mods right away all of which are currently en route to me! (tonneau cover, side steps, headlight revolution LED supernova full kit). Down the road I want to add factory seat heaters, or something clean that looks close. Id also probably get the OV tune in the next year or so, when I get a few miles on the truck- I only drive 5k a year so ill wait a bit.

Anyways, Ill have pics up later this week, look forward to finding some moderate off road trails in my area and start enjoying my truck!

With a bed mat, items inside tend not to slide around.
