I should have know, but it's been a while since I've seen his rig. This is what I was looking for.

My customer has bashed the passenger side recovery point to the point that the factory bumper mount is tilted down 2 degrees compared to the driver side. So I'm considering cutting the factory flanges and slipping some 3"x2" tube inside and starting over.

I do know 2 x 3 tube is the exact outside demension as the frame horns.

    1 3/4 x 2 3/4 should socket fit very close.

I also just finished re-decking the trailer, 6x8 all .250 aluminum. I built this 15 years ago, all it needs is a scotch brite bath and it looks like new.

Thanks. It was my and @JimSnell ’s project the last few weekends. Both of our first attempts at a tube bumper. Horns came from DTF. Then we built the entire bumper around the winch since Anthony doesn’t make a bumper that fits a winch.

That’s dope. Looks like you notched in some thick tube as recovery points. That’s pretty cool

Wish I could take credit for that but as part of the horns, that’s part of Anrhony’s “Type B” bumper.

Ahhh I see. Very cool bumper nonetheless. Any plans to give that winch a little more protection in front of it? I can’t really tell by the picture if the winch sticks out farther than the tubing below it or not

I've seen a lot of nice beads in my life but I must say that those are some of the prettiest ones I've ever seen.

The fairlead sticks out a hair past the horns as to alleviate rubbing. The mount itself has 5 1/4” gussets haha

I think it alone is stronger than the entire truck haha
