I just bought my first tacoma and am absolutely stoked. However my budget was low and I was only able to get a 2018 SR, so naturally I'm looking to upgrade it myself. Ive settled on getting myself some of the TRD Pro wheels for it so I got that covered. However, I want a deeper sound from my exhaust. I feel like with the right exhaust this truck can pack a punch! Ive been researching for a few days now and a popular exhaust seems to be the MBRP exhaust but I feel that sounds a bit to rice rocketish for me. Maybe its just the audio quality of the videos I've been watching but nonetheless I've been turned off from them. Then I considered going the muffler delete route. After reading reviews I knew that wasn't the way to go. So now I'm stuck in exhaust purgatory and am reaching out for help! What do you think of the exhaust I have as the title of this post? Also I've been hearing a lot about resonators. So really any amazing setup you guys have would be appreciated or comments on the exhaust I have linked here https://afepower.com/afe-power-mach-force-xp-3-cat-back-409-stainless-steel-cat-back-exhaust-system Thank you all so much! (Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum also, still getting used to this.)

I just installed that exhaust and I’m about to uninstall it 20 miles later. I don’t like the volume between 1800-3000 rpm. It’s loud enough in the cab to make me want it off for a TRD system. To each their own but I just traded in a 16 WRX with an exhaust for my Tacoma and this exhaust drives me bananas.
