Maintenance and repairs on high mileage 3rd gens

2018 Off Road.

Rear diff leak repaired at 10,000 with the same procedure as the recall on the 16-17s. Caught it at about 7,000 miles and monitored it.

Windshield replaced under warranty at 5,000 due to bubble below surface of glass in the black area at the top.

 

2017 Off road - 67,xxx

Oil Changes
Diff & trans fluid
Air filters
Tires

Thats all.

 

No repairs per se at 45k miles just three TSBs - Diff seal leak, low tranny fluid and the CPS.

 

~58,000 miles

Regular Maintenance
Dead Battery (I think the replacement is leaking a little)
Rear End Leak Recall - replaced gasket and bolts
Headliner came out in a small area - dealer fixed under warranty

 

2017 DCLB TRD Sport 4x4. Rear differential seal replacement per recall.
HVAC blower replacement recall.
ECU transmission software update recall.
Passenger window seal is loose.

Other than that, it’s running like a champ.

 

same, but I'm at 37k. I've had some mild aftermarket part drama, but nothing relating to oem. done a ton of mods but the bones have been perfect.

Oil Changes, 5 tire rotation every 3k miles, replaced body mount bushings (radiator), gas in the tank...

 

I've got the windshield bubbling too didn't;t even think about taking it in but might as well.

 

2016 - 32,680, oil changes, rear end recall, 2 TSB's on tranny, ready to replace tires before winter.

 

I just brought it up to my service writer. He told me it wasn’t an issue, but after running it by his manager, they decided to replace it. I didn’t really care one way or another, but they felt that it may spread.

 

i dont really consider any of the above "high miles" though besides @Shellshock

 

Well, the trucks have only been out for 4 years, so they can only have so many miles...

 

50500 miles.
Original battery had a bad cell, replaced under warranty.
Smooth sailing otherwise

 

lol 4 years is a very long time some people put 36k+ miles annually on there vehicles, im not trying to aurgue, but most of these are not "high mileage numbers" per the OP's request

 

I have the same bubble. I'm 99 percent sure mine just popped up recently and wasn't there the entire time. Was there a hassle getting it warrantied?

 

Nope. I actually wasn’t too worried about it, but the service manager went ahead and had it replaced under warranty.

 

I had 50k on my 2016 and I've currently got 67k on my 2017. Most people aren't anywhere close to that.

He'd have like 1 response if we went with the 150,000 mile answer. Everyone is posting their mileage.... he can get the data and decide.

 

I would be curious if someone has one over 150k miles
