I have 2018 dclb 4wd sport. I'm having Bilsteins 5100s installed with a one inch rear block to level the truck with a slight rake to no rake at all. I have new 17in TRD pros with Nitto Terra grapplers in 265/70/17 sl rating going on. So my question is will it rub the factory mud flaps with 2 inch's of lift? I have searched and read many threads and still not finding any confirmed answers. I'm thinking with the difference in the off set of the newnpro wheels it should work. I'm thinking the front will be on the highest setting or the next one down. Remember gotta keep them flaps. Pics if you have this set up. Thanks.

You'll be fine. I have no lift and 17" TRD wheels with Falken 265/70-17 tires and I seldom rub at all. Like, I can drive several days with zero rub. At worst, it's a short "brrp.." noise turning into a tight driveway once a week. You can't even hear it if you aren't listening. Your lift kit will negate the rubbing entirely.

Flash1034 with 265/75/16 is the same size as your putting on and he says no rub. Tires being equal 265/75/16 is the same size as 265/70/17 so I think you got your answer. Good luck
