how do you check if you have the riff diff leak?

    New 2018, going to get it rust coated next week and thought i should check if i have the diff leak before it gets coated. What am i looking for when i get down there?

    Stole this pic from another thread but it should suffice. Just check for any wet spots all around the 3rd member. Its more likely to be a weep as shown than actual drips. I don't have much experience with the 3rd gen diff leak stuff but there are several threads on here that discuss it in greater depth if you need more info.

    Look underneath the truck. You can clearly see if it’s leaking.
