2002 Tacoma PreRunner Dbl Cab. Bilstien 5100, OME 883, AAL, 265/75 R16

Anyone know of a Fab shop in the Los Angeles area that can make a tube bumper for my 2002 Tacoma Pre runner? Looking for that pre runner style with skid plate up front. All the ones I have seen online don't look to great in my opinion.
