I picked up a 2018 Sport yesterday. If it senses you are crossing a line will it attempt to steer the truck back to within the lane?

With Toyota sense it will. At least mine did in the test drive. I haven’t tried it since.

Ok I misread the OP post. It will alert you but does not steer you back. Should have finished my first cup of coffee before posting.....

Side note, that’s probably the only thing I hate in my 17 Lariat but wish I had in my taco. I have the option to turn it off or on using a button but I still hate the feeling. Not only does it help correct, it creates a false sense of going over the line enough to hit the vibration grooves, there’s a vibration motor under my drivers seat that turns on when you first go over a flat white or yellow line lol. On the other hand, my taco pulls to the right do to a crash. I wish it would steer itself back and let me know

Unibody supports lane assist (Rav4, Camry etc.) Those of us with body on frame gets alert only.

    As others, just warning beeps.
I rented a Chevy Suburban not long ago and when I went to change a lane without signalling upon leaving the airport the steering wheel seemed to be fighting me, kind of freaked me out until a realized what was
    going on.

I’m glad it doesn’t intervene. I’ll drive my own vehicle.
