Does anyone know how to remove the a/c clutch on a 1996 2.4 tacoma? I think the pulley bearing locked up on mine.

Go here and download the FSM for your vehicle. It will tell you what you ned to know regarding your AC clutch.

That being said, most AC clutches I have seen have one bolt directly in the center of the outer "ring" of the clutch (usually referred to as clutch hub). You'll need to hold the hub while loosening the nut ~ requires a special spanner type wrench. Once the nut is removed the clutch should pull off the compressor. If it doesn't, again there is a special puller type tool to remove it. I think Auto Zone etc. loans these tools w/ a deposit.
