I was just attempting to be frugal - and thought it might be this Warn one for half the price.

Any thoughts? I have heard good things about the 12voltguy and that 300-400 kit that looks like it's on the baller isle. My thoughts are if it works will I know any better?

    Thanks!

Same silicon rectifier sold by everyone out there and cheap for a reason....the voltage drop means you drop about a volt from input to output. Either use a mechanical relay, or get a proper isolator like a POWER-GATE.
