I installed by myself just using a ratchet/socket and maybe an opened end wrench. As you can see in the pictures the Literider tonneau cover frame rail mounts directly to the trucks bed rails via the brackets. Very easy to install and i really like the cover, i haul stuff from time to time and it only takes a minute to roll the cover open and then roll back closed. The hook/loop fastening system on rail works great and seals nicely
