What are these wires for?

Got some blue wires taped off in front of my battery, anyone know what they're for?

Right, but why are they out and unterminated. Just curious if there's an accessory that installs in this location. Or if they maybe trace back into the cab and could be used for something.

 

Do you have some sort of dealer added alarm, remote start or something like that? Looks to me like something tapped into the harness there.

 

Just extra wire they didn't have room for in the loom. The white wires do a similar thing but those are grounds.

 

Cut them and find out what they are for

 

add power to them and find out? kidding. don't

 

it’s for when you go camping and forget a lighter or matches. Touch the two together for a spark.

Edit: just kidding! do not do this. I mis judged the aptitude of some on this forum. Not you OP...but sometime down the road...when a college kid that studied liberal arts reads this while camping.
