Dang! I Just figured out I think I'm in the market for one of these.

If one of you lucky gentleman (who own a 2nd Gen Taco, SB) could answer this question for me, I'd be psyched:

With the G2 closed as much as it can be before the final flip-up that blocks the rear windshield (all slats horizontal), how many inches is between the tailgate and the G2? I've hard a hard time finding this number. I really want to be able to fit mountain bikes on a tailgate pad and watch them through the rear-view..
