    urseppos, did you figure anything else? My son is looking at a Tacoma TRD with the same situation. It has all the skid plates and everything else just missing the diff locker button. How hard would it be to put one in?

    Toyota did make some 1st gen TRD trucks without the rear diff lockers, they were the 4cyl TRD Tacomas if I remember right.

    If you don't have a RR Diff lock button on your dash to the lower left of the steering wheel, then you don't have a locker sorry to say.
