    Welcome OP, nice truck!

My only advice as to the direction you’ve gone is to sell those steps and order sliders sooner than later. And certainly before you catch them on something. If you look they make you’re truck lower by quite a bit. Sliders will offer you a step (sorta) but protect your truck.

Your questions. Skids- I run a full set from @Mobtown Offroad they’re awesome but lots of vendors on here make very good skids.

Front protection- too many choices. Find a style you like. There are so many good ones.

Lighting- my favorite upgrade. I run Rigid Dually Side Shooters on @ragofabrication mounts and a 30” Rigid SR “driving” light down in the little spot between my bumper and grill. They’re INSANE, brightest lights I’ve ever used and tucked away nice.

I didn’t read the entire thread but for Tires you can run 255 85 R16’s on your truck with stock suspension. That’s the absolute biggest there’s a thread on here somewhere with a few thousand posts about it.

Let me know if you need anything else.
