I'm looking at a brand new 4runner with a dealer installed flashing 3rd brake light.

Would this be difficult to remove?

Anyone know if this means that they've actually cut the OEM wires/harness and they'd need to be re-joined?

On a 4runner I don't know but on a Tacoma the headliner has to be dropped. I believe the OEM wires is cut but hopefully I'm wrong. I would tell them to remove that crap or no sale.

I hope when I buy a 4runner that it doesn't have that crap on it.
