I got lucky and only clipped the little bastard's ass end. I snapped a few pieces back together, and nothing visible is creased or chipped. The only broken pieces I see are that body colored piece that lays on top of the bumper, and the black plastic housing that holds the driving lights between the bumper and grill has the vertical pieces separated at the bottom. The piece around the headlight I couldnt get back and wondering if it can be put back into place with a bit more work or taking things apart.

I am going to take it to a few shops and see what they say, but was looking to see if anyone here had any ideas.

I've had the truck less than two months so I was super pissed, but I had my son with me and nobody got hurt. If I still had my Subaru, I'm pretty sure it would have come up over the hood toward the windshield.

Sorry about your truck .. what sucks is that these trucks have so much technology in them that it would be cheaper to run it threw your insurance . hope all works out for ya .

Go thru your insurance. Animal impacts are covered under comprehensive and thus won't count as a collision. Plus you'll be more assured that everything including things you may not catch gets fixed properly.

If you file to insurance, tell them that the deer ran in front and hit you. Never say you swerved and you hit it.
