    Very true considering the whole "collector" aspect and all but considering ages and personal preference a custom classic is far more appealing to me.

    How bout a BRZ sedan for those with kids?Be what the BMW 3 series used. Better yet, make it a wagon. Wagons are sooo cool.

    why do that?

    Base car drives like a gocart, put good tires on it and it is almost an extension of your mind, but it has limited power in original trim.
    Really fun to drive but you find the limits of the motor soon enough. Put a K20 or 24 in it, (yes, it is a Honda motor), and you have with a little bit of doing a 12 sec. mid engine car that most people have no idea what it is.
