So I need some help. There's a guy selling this bumper and I'm interested but not sure if I should pull the trigger. It's a DV8 ebay one but for the price he's asking it'll be worth it. Weighs about 80 pounds. I'm on stock suspension at the moment would this just destroy the mpgs and front suspension or would it be fine for a little while until an upgrade?

Will lower front by about 1/2 inch and you will take a 1 to 2 mpg hit.

I think he'll take 200 which is more than ideal, only thing holding me back is that this 4 cyl I got might become even more of a tortoise than it already is. But 80 lbs isnt too heavy so maybe not

I have that bumper, was one of the first few to order if you read the cheap eBay bumper thread.
My 2nd gen is a 4wd, 4cyl, 5mt, cheap eBay bumper front and rear and a set of sliders. I get about 19-20 mpg anymore. Before the bumpers I was 21-22mpg.
