Anybody know of some good trails for some spirited riding near Colorado Springs? I’ve ridden rainbow falls a few times with the dirtbike and Yamaha. Was wondering if there is anything similar around Colorado Springs that is worth a trip. We took the trail #351 today for about 10 miles into the mountains and across rampart road and that was a blast. Anybody got some suggestions?

Ya, I am in Pike National Forest all the time. Honestly your best bet is to just look at trailsoffroad.com or in the Colorado backroads and 4wd trails by Charles Wells.

Here is what I have run so far.

    The Gulches (Difficult)
    China Wall (Difficult)
    Balanced Rock (Easy)
    Rampart Range Rd (Easy)
    Schubarth Loop (Moderate)
    Eagle Rock (Difficult)
    Shortcut (Easy)

However, there are a ton of dirt bike trails and such off of Gold Camp road. I would follow Gold Camp out from the springs and you will find lots of OHV trails. My wife and I hike up in there and we run into riders all the time. All of them have been super polite and respectful.
