Had like 4 cubes left when I was done. Those 4 didn't even make it back to my office.

Meeting with a guy tomorrow evening about getting some hats made. I'm thinking the mesh back/snap back style, but I'll have some options as he is bringing tons of examples.

Like this basic design (sorry for the large pic of my ugly mug ):

    20171028_141741-01.jpg

Maybe a slightly smaller logo? Across the back maybe putting pitfacedbbq.com or just Pitfaced BBQ. I'd like the website, but if it gets cluttered, I'll nix that.

Obviously include something from the Pitfaced color scheme were it makes sense.

Or is flex-fit the absolute way to go? I have a large head, so I've *never* worn flex-fit hats. The seem too tight. Frankly, I don't wear hats a ton, but I do wear the hat above from time to time and like the style/fit of the snapback.

I'll let you all know which way we go!

I like hats that don't have that old style plastic click strap on the back. I like the softer ones with the pre bent rims on them. My fav one right now has a velcro strap on the back.

but... I'm a fan of the snapback and not flex fit. The flexfit always stretch out a bit for me it seems. could be my head changing sizes... but I'll assume I'm normal...

There is the yin and the yang of the decision! We might be able to get them cheaply enough to do both, but then we'll have some redundancy in our offering. I can't even wear a flex-fit, so my melon head might make the decision for me .

I have a Special and Good in my drawer. Gifted from my mother about a year or so ago. They are a tad salty for my liking, but good once cut with some other rubs!

They are wayyyy too salty for a "rub" per se or especially a slow cook. Normally I use special shit on pork or chicken that's getting grilled hot and fast.

No shit has no salt, it's great on veggies.

Getting the smoker this weekend .. but I figured I’d rub some chops down and pan cook em up in the spicy rub and see what the she thought.

She’s a big fan, which means I can order as much as I want now.

Haven't had any time off to run the pit but while hunting last week with dad, we tossed these on a cast iron grill pan. The sub zero winds at 40+ mph was wreaking havoc on all pits outside...

@bvbull200 , I'll get more feedback once I get a low and slow with it this weekend... but... dude...
