Those with a fabtech 6” spacer lift. I’m planning on replacing mine with the rcd shocks but am debating on what springs to use. I’m thinking of the eibach 521600, wheelers t1, headstrong 2”, and ome 886. My only concern is I have aftermarket bumper, winch, and sliders. I’m not sure if the 600lb spring ratings are enough for the extra weight up front, therefore I threw in the 886 in the mix. Any recommendations or other springs to look into. Thx.

In the same exact boat, weight wise I need the the 886 but thinking I'll be sitting to high as a result. I have the 1.5" eibach and lost a bit of height over stock fabtech spacer.

600 lb springs with a winch equipped steel bumper is going to be a little light. I'd look at 650 or 700s.

Yup, that’s why I’m asking if anyone knows any other springs with a higher rate that can be used with the extended Bilsteins. So I guess I’ll be leaning towards the OME 886. Anyone done this? How’s the ride and height?

Hey guys, I just came across this in YouTube. Looks like the same concept as the extended bilstein/rcd. Anyone tried or has this on regular 5100’s? Doesn’t this change the travel length? Probably different than the rcd billies.

A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
Would just cause preload on the spring as you are compressing it with the larger/thicker spring perch. Will may lose some travel as you are essentially making your coil stiffer. You will gain just a little bit of lift as the larger perch does not allow the spring to compress as much. This is one way to deal with extra weight on the front end such as plate bumpers, armor and winches.

I ran the SPC uca's when I had my truck. Didn't really need them but installed if I ever wanted to go higher down the road. Also was not running coilovers but the rcd full length shocks in front.

    6” zone lift
    DEF91A9C-45E1-4D77-A4FE-F04E3A0E4B1A.jpg

This weekend full fox up front with Total Chaos UCAs to remove spacer and OME Dakars in rear...

    QUESTION?

The rear is stock springs on 4” block
With the new leaf pack w/ 2.75” lift would you got to a 3” or 2” block to level the rear also going to adjust preload up front an extra 1.5” for a full 7.5” up front lift so a little rake will be be fine.

    Thoughts?

I'd look for rear springs that are the height you want vs adding a block to the Dakars
