Just picked up a set of 5 of what I'm calling the "Revolver" style FJ/4R Trail wheels, so I'm likely joining this club soon.

How much are you guys paying to have tires and TPMS sensors transferred to the new wheels?

    This style?

They didn't put any sensors in mine, so I just have a tpms light on all the time..

Yes, that style. Those look good on your truck and the MGM one that is back on (I think) the first page. I'll be putting them on a Pyrite Mica DCSB.

I'm not OCD, but I don't think my "I don't like dash warning lights" syndrome would allow for no TPMS installed. Unless, of course, I just took out the bulb; but I'd rather just have the sensors transferred.

I just realized that you have the rear tire on the back, but looks like an OEM bumper. How do you have that spare tire (and rotopax) mounted?

Thanks man, definitely want to see some pics when you get em on! Dont think ive seen these wheels on a pyrite. Not sure if you got some take offs from an fj or a t4r, but theyre a little bit different in color. The fjs are more of a darker grey while the t4r ones are a lighter silver.

Dont blame you on wanting the sensors, id want them in mine, but i got a good deal on mounting and balancing all my tires, so i didnt worry about it

I have a wilco hitchgate high clearance that has everything mounted on it. Good quality, but lead times are pretty long and the customer service is spotty from what ive heard.. would still recommend it though. Lets you keep a receiver hitch. The one they built in is rated for 7500lbs i think, so its way more than what the tacos are rated for

It was dark outside so this is my attempt at a couple three pics in the garage. The tires a nearly flush with the fender.

Thanks everyone. After reading these posts and seeing the pics, I HAD to go out and find a set of FJ rims. Found a set of 17" alloys that have the clearcoat starting to go for $125. They will do as winter rims and I'll powdercoat them in the spring.
