Ive never ordered from TacomaBeast.com and was wondering who has out there.

Is It reliable/credible or is it a scam?

They are real. Shouldn't have a problem ordering off of them. I haven't personally, but have heard lots of good things.

 

Great company from what I can tell. Iv ordered a few shirts, a mug, light switches and some LED light mounts. Fast shipping. No hassle.

 

I ordered from tacomabeast and got their tail-lights for my 2007 Tacoma. I didnt like the one after receiving it, I was able to send it back and they send me the one I wanted in exchange and they credited the rest back.

 

They are for real. This guy @Dangerousd1987 is west coast rep for them. I have met him and the owner Mateo..... good company and a great group of people.

Not sure.... I know their headquarters are in Florida. Not sure if hurricanes affected them.

This business is operating under multiple names and sells a lot of junk. Beware.

 

Any updates on your experience? I'm eyeing front and rear metal bumpers through this biz and had a really bad experience with a different small company in the past on a different vehicle.

I bought CBI T3 bumper through them in January, price was lower than CBI website, shipping was cheaper as well. I took longer than estimated lead time , but that has nothing to do with Tacomabeast, but rather fabricator's delay. When I emailed them about the delay, they contacted CBI and gat back to me with new updated estimated lead time. Solid customer service. I really had a positive experience with them.

Bad customer service I would never buy from them again I got arb twin air compressor came in all broken and I called them and e-mail them and I get nothing back.

 

Seems like they've been slippin lately. This is a pretty common story for them these days from what I've seen.

 

Horrible. I will never buy from them again. Ordered the slimline stage 1 front bumper December 27 2019 with a 10-12 week lead. Ordered the Stage 2 Feb 12th 2020, with 10-12 week lead. I touched base with them in late Feb to see if I could combine my orders to save on separate shipping costs, and customer service told me that my stage 1 was scheduled for DELIVERY on March 23.. so my stage 2 wouldn't be ready and wouldn't save any money on shipping together. So, ok, whatever. March 23rd was beyond the 12 week lead.. only by a little, but still. Now, I understand covid happened- but hear me out. I didn't get my items until May 27th and June 18th. I had no clear information from customer service on the actual status of my stuff, during the entire wait. When I finally got my stage 1 bumper, it was CLEARLY damaged prior to packaging, and sent out to me. My shipment packaging was not damaged in any way. After sending numerous pictures to TB they said that they would "contact their supplier" to figure something out. They never gave me an option of replacement, only that they would get back to me. I ended up having to spend $300 more dollars to get the stage 1&2 stripped of the powder coating I paid for, and then refinished (locally), so I could FINALLY install my stuff 6 months later. As of this very moment, they have only contacted me once to say that "their supplier" will refund the cost of the powder coating ($160) and nothing more. TacomaBeast offered NOTHING to help cover the cost of refinishing damaged goods that they advertised and sold. I still to this day have not been reimbursed. They are a bunch bro's that build their trucks for the gram, and don't give a shit about their customers... unless you have a 5k+ social media following.

 

That sucks!! Covid issues definitely don't help with lead times. But that damage stuff really puts a cherry on top... As much as it's not their fault, as sellers/middle men, they really should have worked something out for you.
Now... I'm dealing with similar situation (less lead time) with different company for close to a year and a half. Really shitty powder coat and missing part ( There was some damage during transport, but that's a different issue altogether), I was promised a resolution that never happen. Then I was promised a different resolution, and it's been only two months from latest promise... Being as naive as I am, who knows...

Anyways, I hope they will pull through for you with (at least) the cost of pc. Good luck
