Viper Alarm Working for your 2018 Tacoma?

Hey guys, got a viper smart start alarm installed with tilt sensor and window break sensor. The place installed the alarm so that it works with the toyota key fob. I noticed the alarm would go off without being triggered, within 30 min of being locked after driving it (won't have the same issue again unless the truck is driven and then locked again). Brought it back, they've tried 3 full days of troubleshooting and still no fix. They say it's the impact sensor that's a part of the viper alarm causing the issue so they disabled that part of the alarm and are waiting to hear back from viper to get more info on how they can resolve it. Either they don't know what they're doing or its something else...so figured I'd check in.

I have a viper 7656v 2 way installed on my 2016 taco. But I’m having issue where I try using remote start and get 6 parking flashes which calls for hood/door open but neither is open so I myself trying to fix that issue.

But other then that my window and tilt sensor is working just fine. Also my truck was recently got tampered with and they broke the driver side window and it set off alarm. the only issue not working is remote start.
I also tested to see how far the range on the system was and roughly 500 ft away (estimate) and was disarming and arming the truck just fine. Also tried it while I’m in side the mall and Walmart and was still able to work as well.
