Thanks brotha. I figured you would have some advice. I have replaced the other five and of course the last one, I flip flop 2 of the wires and now I can't get them out. The old connectors just broke away so I didn't really have to de-pin. Anything.

I use needle nose pliers and then solder. Pain in the ass but it works.

Since the fan clutch has U shaped openings for the bolts. Can you put a longer bolt at the top of the water pump and pulley to hold it in place. Then slip the fanclutch under the bolt and on. Then start the other 3.

interesting.. These were 4 bolts that went through from the fan clutch side.

hmmmm.. that could have possibly worked. I already pulled it out and order another OEM Aisin one. I also ordered an OEM water pump and Thermostat. Should be here Friday. Might try and do it all this weekend, including a Coolant flush.

I ALSO just realized that there's a notch with a removable filler piece at the bottom of the fan shroud.. which looks like its meant to allow the shroud to be installed (and removed) while the fan assembly is bolted up... that should make it a hell of lot easier.

I think I was struggling due to that. Since I didn't want to remove the upper coolant hose and worry about coolant, the only way the shroud would come out with said coolant hose attached, was rotating it and swinging it out. A move that would not be doable with the fan there. When I disassembled it, I pulled the fan and clutch out together, just wiggled it out between the shroud and Radiator. So when everything arrives, I'll try it all again. Minitruck lesson #1...
