Ok, ok take it easy. I come in peace. I didn't know he was a two man shop, that makes more sense. I didn't mean to imply anything negative about OVTune, just wanted others experience with shipping times.

@OVTune, my apologies if I sounded negative. I haven't had a day off of work in 6 weeks so I'm a little less refined than usual. I'll wait as long as it takes.

Purchased the Custom Tuning Package last night I think I will just do all my custom tuning once 1.05 is released?

Buying a used RCA Cambio off Craiglist today, so I'll be all set (at least I think that's all I need). The new custom tuning package only require a single USB port, correct?

 

This should be added to OVTune's OP, but obviously no one reads it before posting so I guess that wouldn't help...

So instead of stating in the first post that there’s a back order or a delay in product shipment, or by adding that to the website where you are purchasing it, or by responding to the guys emails asking him what’s up...You think that this guys rant about post counts should be added to the first post to scare others from asking a question?

I got my cord and adapter in under a week from date of purchase, but as others have said, OVTune is a small shop with a lot going on right now, they're dropping the newest version of the tune sometime "SOON" so I imagine they're even more swamped with emails, orders, phone calls and questions than usual, what with everyone frothing at the mouth and anticipating the newest tune. I think it took them longer to answer my emails than it took to get the physical parts of the tune, but they did eventually get around to it. Also, welcome to TW and the OVTune crowd

Took me about a week after I got that same notification. He does mass shipping so I think he waits for a bunch to ship out together.

 

I promise you that if I added every little detail on my site and this forum, including my entire schedule, when I eat breakfast, etc. People still won't read it.
We still get orders from people not knowing they have to have a windows computer but it's in bold red right on the site.

Not blaming anyone, reading product details can be boring.

All emails should be replied to by Rafael within 1 business day under normal circumstances.


When there are a few days delay on shipping 99 percent of the time we are just waiting for more cables to arrive to us. They go quickly.
