Melted holes in the webbing at the places the rack bolts come through the shell. Works great. I have a bungee web up there now that has been clipped to those straps.

Thanks for the info...would you mind snapping a few more pics of your setup? How did you melt the holes in the webbing, just to save me a massive headache? Did you use the existing rack bolt nut to attach the webbing or was that add on hardware? Does the webbing run the length of the shell? Does it feel solid like it would hold a lot of weight?

How are you liking the bungee net? I was thinking of getting a raingler net but they're spendy!

    Thanks for your help!!!

Yeah, no problem. Will get them to you.
The rack bolts stuck out just enough for me to add a nut on the bottom with the webbing sandwiched between.
The holes were melted using an old wood burning pen. Have actually used that tool for more weird projects than I have ever anticipated.
The webbing will hold pretty well. I wouldn't put a massive amount of weight on it. I have hung my fishing pole there, dried out gear in the webbing, foam mattress pad.....I know I haven't used it to its potential (yet).
The webbing does pretty much go the length of the rack tracks above.
    Will get some pics soon.

Ordered this A.R.E. MX shell a few weeks back and got it installed today...stoked with it!!!

Double windoors, drop down front sliding window, carpeted, dual LED strips with prop switch, 12V outlets, double t handles, Yakima rack...cost $3k out the door but well worth it!

No bedrug, have the OEM bedmat though. Here are some night pics so you can see the light strips in action...super bright, I'm really impressed!

Can post some more pics tomorrow in the daytime if you want

That's sweet! One light looks like plenty, probably would have done that if I had seen a real picture before ordering. Looks like you got the spray on liner on your shell...do you like it?

I like the bedrugs, I just have two wet dogs in the back all the time and was worried it would get sour back there...plus my next mod after rigging up a cargo net on the roof of the shell will probably be some decked drawers.

Nice beer haul! I own a craft beer store and bar in NC

Yeah, I was going to order with two...dealer talked me into just getting one. Plenty of light. They did coat the z series in the line x stuff. They call it “otr” coating
