Will just 2 bars be enough for roof top tent?

Depending on the weight and size of the tent. But in most applications, yes it will work.
    Bars are 1 3/4 .120 wall

Bars are about 15 lbs a piece. I don't have dynamic weight as adding a RTT will certainly change that.

Nice, I have the same bed rack/basket. I've had a 2 man RTT on mine for 2 years and no issues

Being a low profile rack, it will obviously limit your useable bed space pretty significantly for taller items. But it was more important to me that I have my RTT sitting flush with the cab and not sticking way above it, I can fit all my camping/wheeling stuff under it just fine.

This is a common debate with rises. We've done low and high rises. Brandon will definitely answer questions and accommodate most requests within reason.

Sorry, I should clarify. Do you know how much weight they are rated to safely hold on top, both in motion and while parked? for the 2 and 3 bar setups.

Your bedsides will give in way before the bars ever do.
It sounds to me like you should just email Brandon@avidoffroad.com and let him address your concerns.
    Thanks.

Purchased bed rails separately now looking to get the cargo basket
Question can I purchase the avid cargo basket without the rails?

I'm sorry I never got any notification of this question.
I'm sure Brandon can do it, are you just looking to add tabs to your existing bars?

Good Morning - Have any Avid Bed Rail system owners installed a Molle or similiar system on the side of the rail/rack system? Is there something you know that works great with Avid?

Covid has cause us delays in powdercoat, steel and everything else we stock for shop supplies.
The guys are trying to keep orders to 5-7 weeks as best as we can.

Sorry for delays, I used to get emails when people tagged me and I'm just not in this site much.

Please use jon@avidoffroad.com or Brandon@avidoffroad.com for questions.

    Thank you

No worries. Currently in a search for a set of bed rail caps that seems endless. So couldn't put it on the bed even if it arrived tomorrow
