    Hey,
    Regarding build outs with the GFC;
Has anyone done any thing else besides a basic platform/drawers in their GFC yet? Or is everyone keeping it nice and simple?

I am just going to have a DIY platform that is split 70/30 down the middle with my fridge close to the cab on the passenger side. Underneath the platform will be one side empty and I was thinking of using one of these https://www.amazon.com/Buckhorn-SW4...33575&sr=8-10&keywords=storage+container+hdpe for storage instead of a built in drawer.

There was but DoorDing started it and I believe it may be lost unless the mods handed it over to someone else.

That sounds like a good plan.
I originally was thinking about drawers. Now that I’ve spent some time in my GFC I’m leaning more towards “chests” that you can access from the sides. Being able to access my bed from all sides is amazing.

I got some aluminum extrusion on the way.... !!!
I’m just going to start off with storage up against the cab area of the bed.
I pack pretty light and I’m thinking that will take care of most my camp gear.
I do want to build out another “chest” platform that I could potentially sleep on for stealth camping.
I do not plan on having a fridge or anything in the near future so I’ll see how it goes.

Are you going to kneel for the TW anthem in protest of the internet injustices?

Yeah, I agree. I built mine so that I can flip the small side up while standing inside on the big side so I can access the bed if need be. I will go on my phone and add pictures of my platform to this post.

They don’t care. Which is actually part of the problem.

Some are good. Others are bad. It’s not my website so it is what it is.

What is there to care about though? It’s the internet. Is anyone in actual danger or harm from anything that happens here?

While I agree. People have killed themselves over posts on the internet.

At the end of the day, moderators represent the site more than the user base and have responsibility for the site and it’s activity. They should be conducting themselves at a higher level/standard. Again though, this isn’t my site.

I had not thought of framing it. I have just been trying to find ways to keep it light and make things easily removeable for when I am DD to work and around town. I plan to keep the GFC on 24/7/365 but dont want to keep the bed packed down. I would be interested to see what you could do with that bin, it seems like the perfect bin/storage for my build out. Size is about perfect, its fairly light, and durable.

I completely understand that and agree that stuff like bullying in very serious. But do you think it gets anywhere near the level that on here? I don’t, but that’s my opinion and maybe I’m wrong.

People definitely disagree on things, but I haven’t seen it get to a level even close to half the shit you see on IG or FB each day.

I agree. I just don’t think mods should stoop to our level so to speak.
