No 120AC outlet on 2019 Tacoma ?

Hey guys brand new to the forum, literally just received my Brand New Tacoma today. 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x2 Cement. I noticed that in the trunk i did not see the 120ac outlet which i would normally see in all other Tacomas. Did 2019 change this? If you look at the brochures it shows that the TRD Sport should have this. just wanted to see if you guys got any info on this before i call the dealership. Thanks for the help and hope to learn a bunch from you guys.

That would suck! I haven’t used mine yet, but God, what a great accessory to have!

 

Just looked in the manual. Says "if equipped" . Just picked up an off road 4x4... i thought i saw it back there... I will have to check tomorrow. :/

 

Probably more games with option packages to hide price increases. But they did delete the cubby so who knows.

Guess Toyota somehow has to pay for that extra USB port that comes with the 2019's ....

 

They also deleted the even smaller cubby storage hole just above the driver side wheel well inside the bed mid 2nd Gen back around 2010ish.
So they went from three to one storage cubby hole...what a bummer.

 

That sucks, I didn't know they removed the small ones above the wheel wells. For those of us that have sleeping platforms it's great for handguns and routing pee tubes

 

Have a photo to share? Definitely call the dealership if you don't have it. All TRD's should.

I don't think this is what happened to you, but this has happened before on the forum, where someone has bought an SR5 dressed up as a 'sport'. False advertising by the dealer.

 

Those small open pockets on 2nd Gen were on both sides, my 08 had them but my 15 did not.
