The dog was the one that ate an infants head.
Well I don't know but just devils advocate. The officers arn't fucking around in the video I assume they are all business and not just OFP. But sorry libs. Dogs dont get trials.

Judging from the actions of the shooter he seemed pretty upset at what happened. I think they backed themselves into a corner and did what they felt they had to do. The phone call may have been animal control unable to respond, or orders to shoot, or whatever.
It's a tough job, appreciate all those who do it the best they can.

Exactly...not to mention the officer that shot the dog did not seem to happy that he had to do it based on his actions / body language after he shot it. They were apparently on the telephone with a supervisor or other individual getting further information in regards to the situation prior to taking action. The dog was detained for a several minutes prior to the shooting so in my opinion it was not the officers decision.

yeah, its sad. like i said, no telling hwat happened during the 60+ minutes we didn't see but it just doesn't look like that poor dog deserved that. it was painful watching it laying down with a bullet in its chest and wagging its tail. damn thats sad

how can someone do that to another living thing? coming from a family of hunters i'm use to seeing cute dead animals, but at least they die quick. letting something suffer like that is despicable and should have strict punishments associated with it
