Nice! I almost got the 255/85's!! They look awesome!

They should fit fine! In my experience and many on TW the tires fitting is mostly dependent on the offset and backspacing of the wheel. Staying with a +25 to 0 offset (4.5 to 4.9 backspacing) you "should" have no issues rubbing anything but in reverse and at full lock...maybe. I was told by many the wheel combo I chose would rub, THEY SWORE IT! 31.8" x 10.5 Falken's not even close to rubbing and my rims are a +10. I had 255/85 put on for fit and they did not rub with my stock steelies or my new wheels... both from a +25 to +10 off the set 4.89 or more bs. I ended up buying the 265/75 due to cost. Super cheap!

Dont mean to throw a wrench in the system, but this is just my experience....months of f@#$&% around! Ha! Finally happy! Good luck bro, get them pics up!!

Well the "limited" trim was named as such because of the limited amount of them that were made.

Actually Idk I just made that up... sounds right though

You meant +offset? As in, sucked in to the fender? Surprised you can go +25 without issue.

Sorry, thought factory rims were 0, not +25mm.

I was contemplating a limited 4R for a bit... but I hated the more traditional design of the front end and thought the stock wheels were atrocious. "Pavement Princess" is what the dealer called it. I was glad the limited Taco was not made much differently. I didn't go Limited just because of cost; sure bells and whistles are nice but they add up quick!! I'd rather have my single air conditioning and manual seats that I can drive now rather than wait while I save up for dual climate control and leather power seats. I say to anyone... if you've got it, flaunt it!! =)

    No power seats.
Heated leather, but still manual movement.

Heated would be nice... although maybe the cold will help burn some of the calories out of my fat ass!! :D That makes sense because there is really no room for seat to go up or down... it would only work forward and back so may as well be manual.

No worries! I was one of the lucky ones who got to try out everything before I purchased to make sure I had the stance I wanted. Here is a pic,

265/75 wildpeaks on 16x8 Ultra +10 offset 4.89 BS SR model so clearly no fender flares ..sits exactly how I wanted.

You say you do not intend to do much off road. Why do you want a locker? Also, In my opinion the long box looks better with the double cab than the short box. Enjoy!

I think I was more curious if I could if down the road I wanted to do more off road. The long box is growing on me.

Trucks getting a 2” front lift as we speak.

I have an ARB locker installed on my 2016 Limited. I do a fair amount of off road driving in low range in the backwoods so I've used the locker on several occasions. The long bed is practical as I routinely carry a payload due to living in a semi isolated area in Canada. The turning radius is not an issue as I don't take my ride to the city very often. I've done several mods and upgrades and overall very happy with how well the Taco handles on and off road. I'm deleting all the chrome.

Just fishing line all your chrome and get a nice custom decal from one of the friendly vendors. I have an inferno OR that’s naked except for tailgate inserts. Really liking the stealth look.

Must be a typo there... 265/70/16 is stock on an OR, which is half an inch taller than 265/65/16.

<edit> or perhaps it’s an issue with the limited or SR lines.

    ORs come with 265/70/16.
All trims have tires of (approximately) the same diameter (30.5-30.6”)

    Thanks!
    Tires are 275/65/18 on 18x9 +12mm with 0.75” spacers
If I had opted for -12mm, I wouldn’t need the spacers.

Lift is OME 2” with JBA UCAs.
