    Looks like the Toyota letter says Manual Controls only.

    I think it may have to do with what you said about the Automatic Climate Controls fan ramping up slowly instead of a sudden jolt.

    Could be? It is unfortunate though if there are still failures for folks with ACC. They might be hitting those soon?

    I think I may have missed something here. What exactly is the issue with the AC blower motor?

    The fan spindle cracks out where it attaches to the motor shaft. It is easy to remove and temporarily fix.

    Painted grill,
    Mine just went two days ago and it happened at start up with fan on high as soon as I touched the start button I heard it snap and then it rattled around in there for a minute till I shut the fan off unfortunately the top cracked off completely a temp fix is going to be a chore and dealer can't get me in until next week
