But a search ought to shed some light. I did a search to find carne guisada recipe instead of the spice that’s loaded with msg. I found one

Just made some of that earlier, but I make mine with potatoes sometimes, key ingredient is cumin , I also use some bell pepper but didn't have any

 

Looks good been craving it forever, I like cubed potatoes in mine also.

I use venison and yes cumin. The fiesta brand carne guisada spice is loaded with msg which is a big trigger for migraine
